目的:研究双环醇对异烟肼血药浓度及药动学参数的影响。方法:应用HPLC法测定与双环醇合用前后异烟肼的血药浓度,以DAS2.0药物动力学程序拟合药动学参数。结果:异烟肼与双环醇合用,各时间点浓度之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);药物动学过程采用统计矩模型拟合后,药动学参数两组之间比较,AUC(0-t)、AUC(0-∞)、MRT(0-t)、MRT(0-∞)、t1/2z、tmax、CLz/F、Vz/F、Cmax差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:异烟肼与双环醇合用后,对异烟肼药动学无显著性影响。
Objective: To study the effect of bicyclol on isoniazid plasma concentration and pharmacokinetic parameters. Methods: The plasma concentration of isoniazid was determined by HPLC before and after the combination with bicyclol. The pharmacokinetic parameters were fitted by DAS2.0 pharmacokinetic program. Results: There was no significant difference between the concentrations of isoniazid and bicyclol (P> 0.05). After the pharmacokinetic process was fitted by statistical moment model, the pharmacokinetic parameters were compared between the two groups. The AUC There were no significant differences in AUC (0-∞), MRT (0-t), MRT (0-∞), t1 / 2z, tmax, CLz / F, Vz / F and Cmax ). Conclusion: The combination of isoniazid and bicyclol has no significant effect on the isokinetics of isoniazid.
