基于CFD软件,建立车载移动冷柜系统蒸发器仿真计算模型,并实验验证模型的准确性,选取R134a为工质,计算分析了不同质量流量对柜内温度分布的影响。研究表明:环境温度为305K,质量流量为20kg/m2·s~22kg/m2·s时,运行15min后,箱体内平均温度接近273K;当运行2h后,最低温度约248K,且温度分布均匀;最快冷却速度为0.5h,比国家标准提高了2.5h。 Based on the CFD software, the simulation model of the evaporator was established and the model was verified experimentally. The influence of different mass flow rates on the temperature distribution in the cabinet was calculated and analyzed by using R134a as the working fluid. The results showed that when the ambient temperature was 305K and the mass flow rate was 20kg / m2 · s ~ 22kg / m2 · s, the average temperature in the tank was 273K after 15min operation. The minimum temperature was about 248K after 2h operation and the temperature was uniform. The fastest cooling rate of 0.5h, 2.5h more than the national standard.
