目的为临床药师参与脑梗死合并肺部感染的抗感染治疗及用药监护提供参考依据。方法临床药师参与多例脑梗死合并肺部感染的老年患者的治疗,治疗中,为医生提供药物治疗信息、分析用药后的疗效及安全性、监护患者的用药过程。结果临床药师在治疗过程中积极发现不良反应,并及时调整用药。结论临床药师利用专业的药物知识在治疗团队中发挥着保障患者用药安全、有效的积极作用。
Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in anti-infective therapy and medication monitoring of cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment and treatment of multiple elderly patients with cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection. They provided medical treatment information to doctors, analyzed the curative effect and safety after treatment, and monitored patients’ medication process. Results Clinical pharmacists actively detected adverse reactions in the course of treatment and timely adjustment of medication. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists use the professional knowledge of drugs to play a positive and effective role in the treatment team in ensuring the safety and efficacy of medication.
