在熊岳,于4月下旬和5月下旬用500、1000、1500mg/l·GA_3和100、300、600mg/l的6—BA及其混合液,涂抹早熟富士苹果侧芽,对促进侧芽萌发均有明显效果。其中单用6—BA各处理的萌芽率为44.3%-58.3%;GA_3各处理为26%-34.3%;6—BA处理优子GA_3,4月下旬效果好于5月下旬。16个处理中以4月下旬100mg/16—BA处理效果最好,萌芽率为58.3%。不同浓度6—BA与GA_3混用处理的有芽率高于对照,但均低于单用6—BA各处理。在促进新梢生长方面,4月下旬各处理中,GA_3比6—BA效果明显,GA_3处理的成枝率为10-30%;6-BA处理为0-25%,对照为0%。
