在我国的农村学校音乐教育中,长期以来缺乏专业艺术院校毕业的专职音乐教师,农村小学生接触音乐面比较狭窄,培养农村小学生的音乐能力一直是难度大、效率低的工作。大多数农村小学生在上了无数次音乐课后,对音乐的感知能力、表现能力和鉴赏能力没有明显提高,这可能与学生的音乐兴趣有关。音乐兴趣的培养必须经过长期的“修炼”才能见效,要想“修炼”工作不间断,必须培养学生自身学习音乐的兴趣。在学生修炼的过程中,给予行为方法上的指导是必要的,但重要的是要使这些行为和方法积极、热情,并变成学生内心深处的一种参与、认识和探究的心理倾向。培养良
