文中通过分析现代农村远程教育工程资源,校本培训的概念、历史、内容,对基于农远资源环境的中小学教师校本培训的主要形式、一般流程进行了实际总结和理论探讨。
Through analyzing the concept, history and content of modern rural distance education project resources and school-based training, this paper makes a summary and theoretical discussion on the main forms and general processes of school-based training of primary and secondary school teachers based on far-reaching resources and environment.
