目的对血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、血管内皮生长因子-D(VEGF-D)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达进行研究,探讨VEGF-C、VEGF-D在NSCLC淋巴管生成和淋巴结早期转移中的作用。方法收集NSCLC患者术后肺组织标本52例,应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)检测肺癌组织VEGF-C、VEGF-DmRNA的表达量。结果 (1)VEGF-CmRNA的表达水平在淋巴结转移阳性组的肺癌组织中较淋巴结转移阴性组的肺癌组织中增高(P<0.001),(2)VEGF-DmRNA的表达水平在淋巴结转移阳性组的肺癌组织中与淋巴结转移阴性组的肺癌组织中无差别。(3)VEGF-C/VEGF-D在淋巴结转移阳性组的肺癌组织较淋巴结转移阴性组的肺癌组织的值为高(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-CmRNA的表达水平,VEGF-C/VEGF-D比值与肺癌淋巴结转移密切相关,VEGF-C可能成为判断淋巴结转移的一个重要指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and vascular endothelial growth factor-D (VEGF-D) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Lymphangiogenesis and early lymph node metastasis. Methods Totally 52 lung specimens were collected from patients with NSCLC. The expression of VEGF-C and VEGF-D mRNA in lung cancer tissues was detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results (1) The expression of VEGF-C mRNA in lung cancer tissues with positive lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in the lung cancer tissues with negative lymph node metastasis (P <0.001). (2) The expression of VEGF-D mRNA was significantly higher in patients with positive lymph node metastasis There was no difference in lung cancer between lung cancer tissues and those with negative lymph node metastasis. (3) The value of VEGF-C / VEGF-D in lung cancer tissues with positive lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in those with negative lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of VEGF-C mRNA and the ratio of VEGF-C / VEGF-D are closely related to the lymph node metastasis in lung cancer. VEGF-C may be an important index for judging lymph node metastasis.
