保险作为现代金融的三大支柱之一,是现代经济的重要领域。保险产品的特殊性决定了保险企业必须靠企业的服务、信誉取胜市场。但是,目前我国保险企业在服务理念、服务手段和服务体制上与国外先进同行存在巨大差异,因此,保险企业顺应时代潮流,强化服务观念,改进服务手段,实施服务创新,从而全面提升服务品质是必然出路。
