水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,也是单子叶植物发育生物学研究的理想模式植物,水稻幼穗和颖花的发育还是最终产量赖以依托的基础。对水稻幼穗和颖花发育的研究已成为植物分子遗传学和作物科学共同的研究焦点。近年来,有关水稻幼穗和颖花发育的研究取得了长足的进展,本文对幼穗和颖花的发育过程、栽培措施和环境因子对幼穗和颖花发育的影响以及幼穗和颖花发育的相关基因等方面的国内外进展进行了综述,同时指出了目前研究中存在的问题及相应的研究对策。
Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world. It is also an ideal model plant for the development of monocot developmental biology.
