在改革与发展内在需求和外部环境的推动下,中国铁路物资总公司(以下简称总公司)开始引入全面风险管理,以不断增强企业核心竞争能力。分析了总公司风险管理存在的问题,介绍了总公司全面风险管理体系建设过程中的实践,最后对总公司进一步开展风险管理工作提出了思路。
Driven by the internal needs of reform and development and the external environment, China Railway Materials Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Head Office) began to introduce comprehensive risk management to continuously enhance its core competitiveness. Analyzed the problems existing in the risk management of the head office, introduced the practice in the process of building a comprehensive risk management system of the head office, and finally put forward the train of thoughts for the head office to further carry out the risk management work.
