大黄用于临床,历史悠久,早在汉代医学文献中就有较多记载:《神农本草经》载有大黄之性味与功能;《伤寒杂病论》立方374首(除重复和佚方外),其大黄方34首(占9.1%);《中藏经》载方62首,其大黄方15首(占24.2%)。从这些文献中可知大黄能广泛应用于内、外、妇、伤科等疾,在其配伍、炮制、制剂、用量、用法和服药禁忌等方面,有着丰富之经验。兹就此作一概述,聊供参考。一、性味与功能大黄性寒味苦,“主下淤血,血闭寒热,破症瘕积聚,留饮宿食,荡涤肠胃,推陈致新,通利水谷,调中化食,安和五脏”。
Rhubarb is used clinically and has a long history. It has been widely documented in the medical literature of the Han Dynasty: “Shen Nong’s Materia Medica” contains the taste and function of rhubarb; “Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases” is a cube of 374 (except duplicates and prescriptions). Among them, 34 were from the Dahuang side (9.1%), 62 were from the “Zangjing-Tibet”, and 15 were from the Dahuang side (24.2%). From these documents, we can see that rhubarb can be widely used in internal and external diseases, women’s and traumatism diseases, and has extensive experience in its compatibility, processing, preparation, dosage, usage, and contraindications to taking drugs. This is an overview, for reference. First, sexual taste and function of rhubarb cold bitter, “the main under the congestion, blood cold and heat, the accumulation of broken disease, stay to drink places, cleaning up the stomach, push Chen Zhixin, Tom Lee Valley, tune in the food, security and five internal organs” .
