目的:分析口腔癌切除同期局部组织瓣修复的临床效果。方法:对柳州医学高等专科学校第一附属医院口腔颌面外科2004/2008年间采用该方法治疗的16例患者临床资料分析、评价。结果:15例手术创口一期愈合,经1~4 a随访,患者面部外形、进食等功能均较满意;语音清晰度恢复不够理想。结论:该手术比较简单,取材方便,能保存一定的舌功能;主要适用于T2期以内,年龄较大、耐受程度较差的口腔癌患者。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of local tissue flap repair during the resection of oral cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 16 patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liuzhou Medical College from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed and evaluated. Results: Fifteen patients underwent primary wound healing. After 1 to 4 years of follow-up, the facial appearance, eating and other functions of the patients were satisfactory. The recovery of speech intelligibility was not satisfactory. Conclusion: The operation is relatively simple, easy to take, can save some tongue function; mainly for T2, within the older, less tolerant oral cancer patients.
