福州大酒店为框架剪力墙结构,面积37600m~2,高七十余米,由1层地下室,3层裙房和18层主楼组成,主楼两端与中间为筒体墙,正面是玻璃幕墙,背面为铝合金钢窗和砖砌围护墙;背面墙面积为3627m~2,要求贴锦砖。主体施工时采用活动脚手架和安全网围护,未搭设外架子,装修时采用双排钢丝绳吊架子施工。采用双排钢丝绳吊架子施工,省工省料,进度快,造价低,施工安全,搭设时不影响裙房屋顶的结构。通过对架子的计算,我们采用以下做法: 在主楼21层处40×50cm的钢筋混凝土框架柱上缠绕φ12.5钢丝绳,并用卡子卡紧,
Fuzhou Hotel is a frame shear wall structure with an area of 37600m~2 and a height of more than 70 meters. It consists of a basement, a three-storey podium and an 18-storey main building. The main building ends and the middle is a cylinder wall and the front is a glass curtain wall. On the back, there are aluminum alloy steel windows and brickwork enclosing walls; the back wall area is 3627m~2, and the mosaic tiles are required. The main construction uses active scaffolding and safety net enclosures, and no external shelves are used. During the renovation, double-row steel wire rope hangers are used for construction. The use of double-row steel wire rope hanger construction will save labor and materials, have a fast progress, a low cost, and a safe construction. It will not affect the structure of the top of the skirted house when erected. Through the calculation of the shelves, we use the following methods: Weld φ12.5 wire ropes on a 40×50 cm reinforced concrete frame column at the 21st floor of the main building, and clamp them with clips.
