输尿管、膀胱损伤是常见的泌尿外科病。损伤的原因可见于直接暴力撞击伤、尖锐物和金属利器伤、枪弹伤、骨盆骨折、分娩过程的子宫破裂、妇产科手术和腹部外科手术失误等均可导致输尿管、膀胱损伤。本文通过对一例完全性子宫破裂合并重度膀胱撕裂伤进行修补过程的体会加以探讨。一、病历摘要:农××,女性,39岁。患者以停经9个月,阵发性腹痛并呈撕裂感4小时为主诉进院。入院诊断:足月妊娠(妊2剖1);疤痕子宫;子宫破裂;死胎;骨盆狭窄。按急诊给予剖腹产处理。
Ureteral, bladder injury is a common urological disease. Causes of injury can be seen in direct violent impact injuries, sharp objects and metal weapon injuries, gunshot wounds, pelvic fractures, uterine rupture during childbirth, gynecological surgery and abdominal surgery errors can lead to ureteral and bladder injury. This article by a complete case of uterine rupture combined with severe bladder laceration repair process to be discussed. First, the medical record summary: Agriculture × ×, female, 39 years old. Patients with menopause 9 months, paroxysmal abdominal pain and tear were 4 hours mainly for admission to hospital. Admission diagnosis: term pregnancy (pregnancy 2 profile 1); scar uterus; uterine rupture; stillbirth; pelvic stenosis. Caesarean section by emergency treatment.
