美伊战争结束后,美国正在实施隐藏已久的中东石油战略。这种战略企图达到环环相扣的目标; 一是稳定美国石油消费来源,确保美国石油财团利益; 二是控制欧亚各大国的石油需求,防止潜在竞争对手出现; 三是维护“石油美元”体制,打垮欧元等强势货币; 四是控制国际石油价格,“钳制”世界经济; 五是进行油气地缘政治渗透,为构筑全球霸权铺路。 但是美国中东的石油战略企图最终能否实现,还要打个问号。
After the U.S.-Iraq war ended, the United States is implementing the long-awaited Middle East oil strategy. This strategy attempts to achieve interlocking goals; one is to stabilize the sources of US oil consumption and ensure the interests of the U.S. petroleum consortia; the other is to control the oil needs of major countries in Europe and Asia to prevent potential competitors from appearing; the third is to safeguard the “oil dollar” System and the collapse of the euro and other strong currencies. Fourth, it will control the international oil price and “clamp down” the world economy. Fifth, carry out the geopolitical infiltration of oil and gas and pave the way for building a global hegemony. However, the oil strategy in the Middle East can only be eventually achieved and a question mark is required.
