目的 提取芦荟多糖,并对其进行定性定量分析。方法 采用水提醇沉法提取芦荟多糖,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖粗提物中的总糖含量,并对之进行红外光谱分析,利用气相色谱确定芦荟多糖的组成及摩尔比。结果 芦荟多糖主要由甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖组成,摩尔比为15.8:10:1.4,总糖含量为64.70%。结论 为芦荟多糖的进一步开发利用提供一定的理论基础。
Objective To extract aloe polysaccharides and qualitatively and quantitatively analyze them. Methods Aloe polysaccharides were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. The total sugar content in crude polysaccharide extracts was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method. IR spectroscopy was performed and the composition and molar ratio of aloe polysaccharides were determined by gas chromatography. Results The aloe polysaccharides were mainly composed of mannose, glucose and galactose. The molar ratio was 15.8:10:1.4 and the total sugar content was 64.70%. Conclusion It provides a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of aloe polysaccharides.
