目的研讨在内镜下高频电刀治疗消化道平滑肌瘤对效果进行观察。方法选取我院2010年7月~2011年7月收治消化道平滑肌瘤患者520例,依据患者的自愿选择分为两组,治疗组患者280例患者,采用内镜下高频电切治疗;对照组患者240例,采用手术的方法治疗消化道平滑肌瘤对其两组患者的疗效进行统计分析。结果治疗组患者总有效率为97.85%明显优越于对照组患者总有效率为95.00%,两组对比差异性不明显,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗过程中治疗组患者发生1例,胃穿孔,1例消化道出血。结论在内镜下采用高频电切治疗消化道平滑肌瘤的临床效果好,适宜在临床广泛应用。但在术前要进行充分的准备及术中熟练的操作。
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic high frequency electrosurgical treatment of gastrointestinal leiomyoma. Methods A total of 520 patients with gastrointestinal leiomyoma treated in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2011 were selected and divided into two groups according to the patients’ voluntary choice. 280 patients in the treatment group were treated with endoscopic high frequency electrotomy. Control group of 240 patients, the use of surgical treatment of gastrointestinal leiomyomae two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.85%, which was significantly superior to the control group. The total effective rate was 95.00%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). In the course of treatment, 1 patient in the treatment group, gastric perforation and 1 case of gastrointestinal bleeding. Conclusions The endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal leiomyomas by high-frequency electrotomy has a good clinical effect and is suitable for clinical application. But before surgery to fully prepare and skilled operation.
