The parks in the city generally give the impression of a little oasis in the cement jungle. As you approach Chelsea’s High Line Park in Lower West Side of New York City, the first thing you notice is the two train tracks framed by the dark, bulky steel frame. If you do not take a closer look, you must think that this is a ruin left by the demolition, and absolutely not to be linked with the park as an urban oasis.
