人类为了纪念过去历史中曾经发生的重大事件,及对人类有特殊贡献的伟大人物或者对生活休闲的需要,而制定了各种不同的节日。虽然东西方由于民族特质及文化背景不同而有各自所纪念的人物,事务与节日,但总体来说,人类为了便于纪念不同的节日都会通过不同的色彩来表达所纪念的节日精神与特色。例如,中国的农历新年与西方的圣诞节或元旦一般都会选择用红色、金色、绿色为主色以创造寒冷季节的视觉温暖度及冬天所缺少的生态绿,最后再搭配富贵的金色
Humans have devoted themselves to various festivals in memory of the major events that have taken place in past history, the great people who have made special contributions to mankind, or the need for leisure and life.
