随着市场经济的不断完善,加强企业干部管理工作,全面提升干部,特别是领导干部的思想、作风、综合素质和执政能力尤为重要。在新的历史条件下,要从根本上打破干部工作神秘化、封闭式运作的做法,改变少数人选人或在少数人中选人的状况。不断完善干部的考察方法和考核制度,防止和克服用人上的不正之风,这是非常重要的。
