(2011年10月27日)各位领导、各位专家、各位代表,同志们:今天,我们在这里召开2011年全国有色金属标准化技术委员会年会,主要是总结一年来有色金属行业的标准化工作,研讨和部署下一年度的工作。标准化工作很重要。它协助政府主管部门制定、修订本行业国家标准,是协会一项重要职能。现代标准化是近二、三百年发展起来的。标准化工作已越来越被世界各国和国际社会所重视。就我国而言,无论是从适应建设创新型国家的战略要求看,还是从适应建设有色金属工业强国的要求看,有色金属标准化工作都是不可缺少,
