多少年来,每当谈到要振兴粤剧之时,“人才流失”必然是其中一个重要话题。可惜的是,议论归议论,而缺口总是未能堵住,人才仍然在流失。缺口究竟在哪里?它究竟有多大?时至今日,应该认真地去找出问题的准确答案了。笔者认为,这十多年来所制订的种种改革措施的失误和频繁变动的操作,使处于关键地位的体制不但留不住人才,反而成了导致人才流失的大缺口。曾记得上世纪80年代末,有关媒体报道广东粤剧院
