我矿1957年选矿回收率在客观不利因素出窿原矿品位較前降低0.171%;回收副产品矿石——鉍矿,使鎢金屬量損失于鉍精矿中(为出窿矿石金屬量的0.374%)——的限制下,經过多次的流程測定、改进,使选矿总回收率較前提高2.62%(絕对数)。一、加强重选前的手选作业。及早丟出尾矿,不但使破碎机械的磨損和动力消耗減少,运輸費用減少,而且也因丢出的廢石,其品位可以降低到最低的限度和提高付洗原矿品位,使总回收率提高。一年來选出廢石量127025.89吨,这些廢石如果不予先选出,进入机选厂后,以机选厂尾矿品位0.1185%計算,則被这些廢石所带出的鎢金屬量为150.53吨,也就是要比予先选出多损失金屬量104.48吨(廢石品位是0.036%)。如何加強廢石选出作业呢?
