目的探讨某科研单位女性对妇女保健的需求,为提升妇女保健水平和自我保健意识提供科学依据。方法采用自制调查问卷对本单位340名妇女进行调查,应用SPSS 21.0软件对问卷进行描述统计与非参数检验的分析。结果女性对讲座满意程度分别是效果81.20%、重要性78.20%、需求62.40%、认知19.70%,已婚女性对讲座的效果、重要性、认知程度更大,差异有统计学意义(Z值分别为-2.959、-2.171、-2.374,P<0.05),35岁以下女性对讲座的需求更大,差异有统计学意义(Z值=-2.156,P<0.05)。结论大多数妇女对保健的需求更大,但认知较低,因此,需进一步加强该妇女人群的宣教力度,同时采用多元化的服务方式对妇女保健工作具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the needs of women in a scientific research unit for women’s health and provide a scientific basis for raising the level of women’s health care and awareness of self-care. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to survey 340 women in this unit. SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the descriptive statistics and non-parametric tests. Results The degree of satisfaction of female lecture were 81.20%, 78.20%, 62.40% and 19.70% respectively. The effect, significance and cognition of married women on lecture were greater and the difference was statistically significant (Z Values were -2.959, -2.171, -2.374 respectively, P <0.05). The demand for lectures of women under 35 years of age was even greater with the difference statistically significant (Z = -2.156, P <0.05). Conclusions Most women have greater needs for health care but lower awareness. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the women’s awareness of the population and to adopt a diversified service approach to the health care of women.
