The use of resistivity conversion function to facilitate the digital interpretation of the apparent resistivity sounding curve on an electronic computer. Many field geophysical workers are often limited by field conditions, and there is a great need for a method of numerical interpretation of the apparent resistivity sounding curve using simple calculation tools. This article describes an improved resistivity transfer function delamination method and its PC - 1500 microcomputer program. The use of the method in the theoretical model and the actual electrical section shows that the calculation procedure is simple and reliable and suitable for field teams.
