继续教育是成人教育的重要组成部分,是振兴南汽实现四化的一项战略措施,是适应新技术革命和我厂新产品开发形势的基本对策之一。要做好这项工作,不仅要求决策者(办学者)要有紧迫感,而且要求受教育的对象具有与之相适应的紧迫心理进行配合。本文就我厂继续教育对象的社会心理问题谈一些粗浅看法。一、从我厂现实情况出发,继续教育对象是指对现在岗的机关职能科室(含车间)
Continuing education is an important part of adult education and a strategic measure to rejuvenate NAC into four modernizations.
