目的:优选合欢花多糖的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,选择浸提温度、浸提时间和液料比为考察因素,以多糖提取率为评价指标,采用响应面法优选合欢花多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺为浸提温度91.4℃、浸提时间3.7h、液料比为26.6∶1(ml/g),在此条件下,合欢花多糖的实际提取率为5.79%,与响应面拟合方程的预测值5.74%相当。结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可用于合欢花多糖的提取。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Acacia. Methods: On the basis of single factor test, the extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid to material ratio were selected as the investigation factors. The polysaccharide extraction rate was taken as the evaluation index. The optimal extraction process of polysaccharides was optimized by response surface methodology. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature 91.4 ℃, extraction time 3.7h, liquid-to-liquid ratio 26.6:1 (ml / g). Under this condition, the actual extraction rate of polysaccharides was 5.79% The predicted value of surface fitting equation is 5.74%. Conclusion: The selected process is reasonable and feasible, which can be used for the extraction of polysaccharide from Albizzia.
