编者按县级供电企业的规范化建设,是近年来南方电网公司农电管理工作的一项重要任务,其目的在于推进公司专业业务一体化管理向县级供电企业的延伸,促使农电专业业务由自主、松散的管理方式,向一体化、规范化的管理模式转变。供电所作为最基层的供电单位,其管理水平的高低,直接影响着县级供电企业的整体实力。所以县级供电企业规范化建设的关键就在于供电所。
