造釉细胞牙瘤,临床上比较少见。现将我们诊治的1例报道如下。患者金×,女、14岁,学生。住院号18332。病史:半年前无意中发现右侧面部长一约拇指大小肿物,触之硬,无不适感。近2月来肿块明显增大隆起,致面部畸形,但仍无疼痛等不适、要求手术而入院。检查:口外右侧面部鼻唇沟处明显隆起畸形,皮色正常,触之硬,周界清,无移动度。口内32缺失,相应唇龈沟处可及约2×2×1 cm大小硬性肿块,粘膜色泽正常,触痛(-)。牙(牙合)系统未见异常。曲面断层片示:上颌骨右侧可见约4×3×2 cm大小周界清楚,呈一囊肿阴影,内含有呈棉絮状之透光度增高区约2×2 cm,同时伴有形态畸形之牙3颗。囊肿外侧方在1的远中根尖区可见埋伏牙1颗,囊肿上方可见
