51CTO这样一个IT技术型的企业,文化内涵成了他们创造未来的翅膀,熊平是个年轻人,年轻人的思想有会飞的翅膀进入北京无忧创想信息技术有限公司,首先映入眼帘的就是一方公司员工文化活动板,白板文化也是许多IT企业文化的一面镜子,让人油然而生一种亲切感。第一眼见到51CTO的CEO熊平,感觉上是比较年轻睿智,朝气蓬勃一类人。或许这就是IT人的共性,或许这就是IT企业的命脉所在。毕业于清华大学经济管理学院并获MBA学位的熊平,轻轻坐定后,简单聊开了51CTO,言谈举止间,像是一个母亲在谈论着自己的孩子一样兴奋,一样自豪。
