“减负”包括减轻学生的课业、精神、经济三种负担,而减轻与课程和教学密切相关的课业负担则是其中最为重要的。因为学生课业负担加重必然引起精神负担和经济负担的加重。解决“减负”问题并非简单地提高课堂教学效率就能奏效的,它涉及教育思想、教育教学评价以及升学制度等诸多问题,是一个体现学生主体性,实现学生个体全面发展的问题。严格地讲,“减负”问题的根本解决有待于素质教育取代功利教育,它需要一个漫长转变过程,但就我国目前基础教育科目林立,应试学科繁多,学生负担沉重的现状,“减负”又刻不容缓。因此,本人认为实施综合课程开发是解决“减负”问题的关键。

Because of the increased burden of student work, it will inevitably cause an increase in mental burden and economic burden. Solving the “burden reduction” problem can not be effective simply by improving the efficiency of classroom teaching. It involves many issues such as educational thinking, education and teaching evaluation, and the system of further studies. It is a problem that embodies the subjectivity of students and achieves the individual development of students. Strictly speaking, the fundamental solution to the problem of “burden reduction” needs quality education to replace utilitarian education. It requires a long process of transformation. However, as China currently has a large number of subjects for basic education, there are a large number of subject areas, and the burden of students is heavy on the status quo, “burden reduction” cannot be delayed. . Therefore, I believe that implementing integrated curriculum development is the key to solving the “burden reduction” problem.
