据笔者不完全统计,近几年来,我国正式刊物上已发表了多达101种情报定义,其有关情报概念的属概念及特性存在着很大的分歧.在这些定义中,人们提出的属概念有;知识,信息,情况,消息,报告,报道,过程,资料,数据,符号,某种东西等等十余种;在情报特性方面:诸如传递的,交流的,有价值的,需要的,新的,被理解的,系统化的等等.面对种种分歧,我们可以用这样一句话来反映情报概念的现状:有多少家定义情报,就有多少种情报定义。我们在通过分析1980年以来发表的50多篇有关论文的基础上,认为要解决目前这种状况,不能只停留于定义字面上的探讨,而
