随着静液压传动技术与电液比例控制技术的紧密结合,全液压推土机的自动化程度大幅提高,操作简单,节能高效。全液压推土机的工作装置一般为万向铲结构,在液压缸的驱动下铲刀可升降、倾斜及在垂直平面内摆动。对如何实现铲刀抖动功能进行研究,对铲刀抖动功能的原理、抖动频率等进行分析。首先在可编程控制器上设定抖动电流,通过触发抖动按钮向电液比例换向阀的两先导侧交替输出先导压力,使主阀阀芯频繁换向,倾斜液压缸做快速往复运动,铲刀在液压缸的驱动下也瞬间抖动,进而抖落铲刀上的附着物。铲刀的抖动功能不仅能降低操作者的劳动强度,还可以提高作业效率。
