日前,国务院办公厅印发《关于促进金融租赁行业健康发展的指导意见》,再次引起全社会对金融租赁行业的广泛关注和热议。金融租赁作为一种紧密联系实体经济的金融业态,在支持国家战略实施、服务实体经济、促进产业转型升级、帮助中国企业“走出去”等方面能够发挥独特作用。工银租赁作为工商银行全资子公司,其八年的发展历程既是工商银行综合化、国际化战略的重要成果,也是中国金融租赁行业在新时期发展的缩影。从开业之日起,工银租赁就肩负着探索中国商业银行综合化经营路径和探索中国金融租赁发展路径两个使命,并用生动实践不断诠释和丰富这两个使命的意义和内涵。
Recently, the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Financial Leasing Industry, which once again aroused widespread concern and heated discussion in the entire financial leasing industry. Financial leasing, as a financial format that closely links with the real economy, can play a unique role in supporting the implementation of national strategies, serving the real economy, promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading, and helping Chinese enterprises to go global. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICBC, ICBC Leasing has been an important achievement of the comprehensive and international strategy of ICBC for eight years. It is also a microcosm of the development of China’s financial leasing industry in the new period. From the date of its opening, ICBC Leasing shoulders the mission of exploring the integrated management of commercial banks in China and exploring the path of China’s financial leasing development. It also constantly interprets and enriches the meaning and connotation of these two missions through vivid practices.
