本文论述社区医疗服务的必要性以及在预防医学中的重要作用，面向基层，为群众防病治病是现代医学服务的一项重要内容，我们积极开拓社区保健思路，多种形式开展健康教育工作，走出了一条由院内医疗保健服务转向社区医疗保健服务的新路子，为社区居民提供了系列、连续、综合服务的社区医疗保健网络。从根本上解决了群众看病难、住院难以及医治疾病资源不足等问题，纠正了群众的不良卫生习惯，增长了群众的卫生保健知识，降低了常见病、多发病、传染病的发病率，收到了明显的效果，受到了社会的赞誉。
This article discusses the necessity of community medical services and its important role in preventive medicine. It is an important part of modern medical services for people to prevent and treat diseases. We actively explore community health care ideas and carry out various forms of health education. A new path has emerged from the shift of in-hospital health care services to community health care services, providing community residents with a series, continuous and comprehensive community health care network. Fundamentally solve the problems of difficulty in accessing the doctor, difficulty in hospitalization, and lack of treatment of disease resources, corrected the bad health habits of the masses, increased the health care knowledge of the masses, and reduced the incidence of common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases, and infectious diseases. Obvious results have been received by the community.
