为了解决民勤县水资源危机问题,提出了开发利用民勤盆地东部腾格里沙漠边缘地带地下水的“开源保绿洲”方案,其思想基础是:在腾格里沙漠边缘地带建立开采井群,形成区域水位降落,夺取沙漠中耗散于蒸发蒸腾的大量淡水资源,并以“群井汇流”方式调入绿洲。通过井群开采的水位预测和调水的环境经济效益评价,分析了“开源保绿洲”方案的效益可行性。
In order to solve the problem of water resources crisis in Minqin County, a plan of “open source conservation oasis” to develop and utilize groundwater in the marginal zone of Tengger Desert in the east of Minqin Basin was put forward. The basic idea was to establish a well group in the marginal zone of Tengger Desert, The water level in the area will be reduced to capture the large amount of freshwater resources in the desert that have been dissipated in evapotranspiration and will be transferred to the oasis in the form of “mass confluence”. Based on the evaluation of environmental economic benefits of water level prediction and water diversion in well group exploitation, the feasibility and feasibility of “open source conservation oasis” scheme is analyzed.
