目的:探讨前列腺增生症患者膀胱逼尿肌中神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)及其高亲和力受体酪氨酸激酶A(tyrosine kinaseA,TrkA)的表达变化。方法:前列腺增生症患者54例,分为逼尿肌稳定组(33例)和逼尿肌不稳定组(21例)。对照组为15例同期在我院因膀胱癌施行开放手术的男性患者,应用免疫组化观察各组逼尿肌中NGF及其高亲和力受体TrkA的表达。结果:梗阻稳定组与梗阻不稳定组NGF及TrkA的表达水平均明显高于对照组,在对照组、梗阻稳定组及梗阻不稳定组之间两两比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺增生致膀胱出口梗阻后膀胱逼尿肌细胞中NGF及TrkA表达水平增高与膀胱逼尿肌不稳定的发生有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) and its high-affinity receptor tyrosine kinase A (TrkA) in bladder detrusor in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: 54 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into stable group (33 cases) and detrusor instability group (21 cases). The control group was 15 male patients with open surgery of bladder cancer in our hospital at the same period. The expression of NGF and its high-affinity receptor TrkA in detrusor muscle of each group were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expressions of NGF and TrkA in the obstructive and obstructive groups were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between the control group, stable obstruction group and unstable obstruction group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The increased expression of NGF and TrkA in the detrusor of bladder after prostatic hyperplasia induced bladder outlet obstruction is related to the instability of bladder detrusor.
