新中国成立以来,我国经济运行机制经历了两个模式,即单一计划机制模式和计划经济与市场调节相结合机制模式。对于为什么会出现这两个模式,前一个模式为什么要转换为后一个模式,它们的涵义有哪些异同,在我国社会主义经济设建中起过或将发挥什么作用,怎样理解计划经济与市场调节的关系,计划经济与市场调节相结合的结合点在哪里等,所有这些问题是需要深入研究的。研究这些问题具有重要的理论与实践意义。
