目的提高新生儿暖箱消毒的管理质量,严格控制新生儿医院感染发生。方法分别使用TTYX-B40型婴儿箱专用臭氧空气消毒机和含氯消毒剂对新生儿暖箱进行消毒处理后,对箱内空气和内表面进行采样检测。结果消毒后的新生儿暖箱内空气和内表面均符合《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-1995的要求,采样检测合格率为100%。结论 TTYX-B40型婴儿箱专用臭氧空气消毒机和含氯消毒剂用于新生儿暖箱内空气和内表面消毒,效果可靠,方便可行。
Objective To improve the quality of neonatal disinfection management, strict control of neonatal hospital infection. Methods After disinfection of neonatal warm boxes with TTYX-B40 special ozone air disinfection machine for baby boxes and chlorine disinfectants respectively, the air and internal surfaces of the boxes were sampled and tested. Results After disinfection, the air and inner surface of the newborn warm box all met the requirements of “hospital disinfection and hygiene standard” GB15982-1995, and the sampling and passing rate was 100%. Conclusion TTYX-B40-type baby box dedicated ozone air disinfection and chlorine disinfectant used in neonatal incubator air and the internal surface disinfection, the effect is reliable, convenient and feasible.
