研究了双温热处理工艺对含铪Ti-Al基合金组织的影响规律。差热分析法(DTA)测定结果显示,合金的共析反应温度Te=1110℃,α相转变温度Tα=1330℃。用金相法获得了优化的双温热处理工艺为:1400℃×1 h→50℃水冷,1280℃×3 h→空冷。
The influence of dual-temperature heat treatment process on the microstructure of hafnium-containing Ti-Al-based alloys was studied. The results of differential thermal analysis (DTA) showed that the eutectic temperature Te = 1110 ℃ and the α-phase transition temperature Tα = 1330 ℃. The metallurgical method was optimized for the dual-temperature heat treatment process: 1400 ℃ × 1h → 50 ℃ water cooling, 1280 ℃ × 3h → air cooling.
