采用基于BP神经网络的方法对水电工程移民的和谐性水平进行评判,可同时得出定量结果和定性结论,有助于找出薄弱环节,采取相应地措施,以利于移民工作上新台阶。
Using the method based on BP neural network to judge the level of harmony of hydropower immigrants, quantitative results and qualitative conclusions can be obtained at the same time, which helps to identify the weak links and take appropriate measures to facilitate the immigration work to a new level.
