Preface In previous articles, we discussed how to ensure the benefits of an organization through multiple aspects of management such as knowledge, talent, craftsmanship, equipment, and cost management. Most of these management techniques are aimed at the “internal” enterprises. With the above management techniques in place, we can basically grasp the internal benefits to a certain extent, but this does not guarantee that we will succeed in the competition. In the overall operation of the enterprise, all efforts may fall short or be greatly discounted without good supplier support and customer cooperation; therefore, the role of suppliers and customers is not negligible
