目的研究前列平胶囊的镇痛抗炎作用及对血流变的影响。方法用小鼠醋酸扭体法、甲醛法和大鼠热刺痛仪观察镇痛作用;用二甲苯小鼠耳廓肿胀法、腹腔毛细血管通透性和大鼠棉球肉芽肿法观察抗炎作用;用大鼠血瘀模型研究对血流变的影响。结果前列平胶囊显著减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数和甲醛引起的第一和第二时相的痛反应,提高大鼠热刺激痛阈;明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和小鼠腹腔的毛细血管通透性,降低大鼠棉球肉芽肿的重量;能明显降低血瘀大鼠的全血粘度、全血相对粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原。结论前列平胶囊有明显的镇痛抗炎作用及改善血瘀模型大鼠的血瘀状态。
Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Qianlieping capsule and its effect on hemorrheology. Methods The analgesic effect was observed by mouse acetic acid writhing method, formaldehyde method and rat tacrolimus. The anti-inflammation was observed by auricle swelling of xylene mouse, peritoneal capillary permeability and rat granuloma granuloma Effect of blood stasis model on rat hemorrheology. Results Qianlieping capsule significantly reduced acetic acid-induced writhing times in mice and the first and second phases induced by formaldehyde, and increased the pain threshold of heat stimulation in rats, and significantly inhibited the auricle swelling of mice induced by xylene And mouse peritoneal capillary permeability, reducing the weight of rat granuloma caused by granuloma; can significantly reduce blood stasis in rats with whole blood viscosity, whole blood relative viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index, Hematocrit and Fibrinogen. Conclusion Qianlieping capsule has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects and improve the blood stasis of blood stasis model rats.
