上海天文台从1999年起启动知识创新工程,迈出了体制改革的步伐。面对发展模式、管理体制、运行机制和组织结构的变化,面对科技人员与职工群众价值观念、思维方式和工作方式的变化,台党委加强和改进思想政治工作,多元之中求主导,多样之中求共识,多变之中求主动,积极探索思想政治工作的新方法和新途径,取得了一定的成效,促进了知识创新工程的推动。一、深化教育,提高思想政治工作的亲和力实施知识创新工程是科技体制的重大改革,涉及人财物资源的重新配置和天文台内部科研组织结构的重新调整,必然触及科技人员和职工群众的切身利益。改革中,
