国有房地产企业的茁壮成长,必须依靠内部控制体系来进行规范和管理,它是确保国有房地产企业资金完整、管理效率提高和信息披露及时的必要途径。本文以内部控制理论为指导,对国有房地产企业内部控制的现状进行分析,进而制定完善国有房地产企业内部控制有效性的对策。
The sturdy growth of state-owned real estate enterprises must rely on the internal control system to regulate and manage. It is a necessary way to ensure the state-owned real estate enterprises have complete funds, improved management efficiency and timely information disclosure. Based on the theory of internal control, this paper analyzes the status quo of internal control of state-owned real estate enterprises, and then formulates the measures to improve the effectiveness of internal control of state-owned real estate enterprises.
