矿井空气中矿物性油雾,对人体的危害目前在我国尚未引起足够的重视,本文概述矿物性油雾有关劳动卫生问题。 矿井矿物油是指矿物润滑油,含脂环烃为主(>50%),其次是烷烃,芳香烃及少量含氧和硫的杂环有机物质。它常用于各种机械的转动部分,起到滑润、冷却等作用。矿物油一般蒸汽压较低,难于形成蒸汽,在空气中通常呈油雾状态存在。矿井空气中80~90%的油雾雾滴小于2-5μm,长期悬浮于作业场所空气中,可经呼吸进入体内。A.H.阿尼西莫夫等用萤光法分析油雾含有环烷酸,并认为主要对肺部有损害作用的主要成份。对皮肤的损害常见的是油性痤疮和毛囊炎、接触性皮炎。
