经济的发展推进了城镇建设的步伐,促进了我国工程建设的发展.土建工程作为现代工程建筑施工的重要组成部分,是工程整体质量控制与管理的关键.土木施工管理要用新型的施工管理方法和管理手段,对工程项目做出比较完整的、系统的规划和监控的生产行为.因此,土木工程在施工的过程中,要积极采取科学、合理的措施方案,对施工质量控制,做好施工的安全管理工作,确保土木工程的施工安全,提高项目的施工质量.
