The “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues concerning the Strengthening of the Construction of Socialist Spiritual Civilization” passed at the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party is a programmatic document guiding the building of a spiritual civilization in China’s socialist economy.
