随着高等职业教育的不断发展,我省五年制高职实现了中等职业教育与高等职业教育的有机衔接,但因五年制高职专业设置缺乏针对性,专业课程体系不能满足校企合作深度融合要求,人才培养模式与教学方法和手段滞后及多元化考试与考核评价体系尚未建立,难以适应“新常态”下高素质技术技能型人才培养的要求。本文分析湖南电子科技职业学院五年制高职教学管理的现状,并研究五年制高职教学管理的对策,为我省五年制高职教学管理工作提供有益借鉴。
With the continuous development of higher vocational education, the five-year vocational education in our province has realized the organic connection between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education. However, due to the lack of pertinence of the five-year vocational education, the professional curriculum system can not meet the needs of school-enterprise cooperation Deep integration requirements, lagging training mode and teaching methods and means, diversified examination and evaluation system have not yet been established, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of training high-quality skilled personnel under the New Normal. This article analyzes the current situation of five-year vocational education management in Hunan Electronic Science and Technology Vocational College, and studies the countermeasures of five-year vocational education management, which provides useful reference for the teaching management of five-year vocational education in our province.
