近些年,有关资本一类的信息占据了新闻媒体的不少传播空间,什么“资本运作”、“资本积累”、“资本市场”等诸多名词扑面而来,一时间将普通百姓的资本知识从大多只知道“资本家”提升到了前所未有的水平。同时,政府也鼓励人们从事一些诸如炒股票、买彩票、认购国债一类的资本经营活动,更让人们理解了什么是个人投资,什么是投资效益与投资风险。
